Using Smoker Chips is easy!
- Once your grill is up to desired cooking temperature, find the notch on the side of your bag of Smoker Chips and tear it open
- Carefully dump the chips directly onto the coals in your grill or smoker, making sure not to come into contact with hot steam
- Add your food and close the lid
Ideally, you should try not to open the grill or smoker for some time after you add the chips, giving the food time to properly absorb that delicious smoke.
